What I Do

 

I help clients navigate the complex world of creative production and operations

 

How I Do This

 

  • By reviewing current ways of working and advising on how improvements can be made both from a cost and creative perspective

  • By setting up client’s day to day operations and advising on what resource should be in-house and what kept external

  • By putting in place project management resource to lead and drive key client projects

  • By taking executive supervision of mission-critical projects myself, to ensure they’re delivered on time and on budget

  • By using all my years of experience to find innovative solutions to difficult creative and production problems
